*Anubhav* — the Hindi word for experience — is a workshop built entirely around memory.

Participants arrive not with routines, but with stories: a grandmother's hands, a monsoon, a first goodbye. Together, over days, these memories are shaped into gesture, sound and image, until each person has authored a small, wordless film of their own life.
